Hi Raffi Sorry for the delay in advising you about the shift knob. The installation took less then 10 minutes.The craftsmanship is second to none. You are an artist who is also a perfectionist. I can't help but stare at this thing of beauty when I get into the TT, and the feeling you get when you grasp it is says please shift me now. The weight is just perfect as I crunch through the gears. Anyway, thank you for a beautiful accessory to be added to my TT. Peter
